Make-Up Bug

Whenever I go to change the color of my makeup - I cannot do so.
Since before the makeup was in the clothing, I havent been able to change the color of my makeup. I can change hair color, lip color, just not the actual makeup. I've cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstall, ect.
