Make The Crypto Heist More Viable To The Current Crime Changes

In the past, access to most jobs necessitated EVC investment. However, the criminal update has diminished this requirement, making jobs more accessible. This shift has made Crypto heists usless. These are the changes I would change to make it better:

1. Introduce SVC to Crypto Heists: While initially dismissed due to SVC's association with boosting and racing, incorporating it into crypto heists could result in the crypto heist being played more often.

2. Expand the Black Market's Offerings: Currently, the Black Market stagnates after reaching a reputation of 6. By expanding its inventory, particularly for higher-reputation players, the game could introduce coveted items like Class 2 & 3 and sought-after SD cards. For instance, reaching a reputation of 50 could unlock coveted items like the Plateo bank card and heavy pistols. This expansion not only enriches the Black Market experience but also drives more people to gain interest in the crypto heist.
