Make pressing for underglow LQRP!
[ This has been a thing in Echo for a while, i don’t understand why this hasn’t been seen or considered as LQRP. Gangs now have special clothing, custom sprays and so much more to represent their gang. Why also control a certain color glow under your car ? This is wanted by so many people and even people in the racing scene to just rock whatever color you want without any repercussions or having to look over your back. ]

I agree. Underglows are cool and shouldn’t be locked to gangs.

this was something that came about when the server was 32/64 slots and honestly it wasn’t too bad back then mostly due to the server not having that many gangs. now we’re at 350 slots with way more gangs than before, but as you said gangs now have more special things to be unique so underglow/headlights should be eased off. however i will say that gang stuff is a bit stale and there needs to be some love for gangs after the civ update

Yes agreed being a gang is really stale right now but i don’t think any other gang is gonna go riding around with any color under glow to try and bait a war. Yes you can do things in red,blue,green under glow and people will think it’s that specific gang but they made it that way and it can easily change by letting people run whatever and consider Pressing for under glow LQRP. If they do this i don’t think it will hurt anyone because with or without it the gang life is still going to be stale, under glow is not a benefit towards it in no way shape or form.

Hello!
We took to this to a vote in the staff Discord and decided against this. We feel that, if we do this, it could lead to it backfiring on us. For example, people will have free rein to misrepresent gangs with the underglow without any accountability.
Roleplay should flow naturally and adding a rule here would hinder that.

I tend to not agree this isn’t LQRP. We can’t just slap LQRP on anything we want just because we don’t like it.
IRL if you are flying colors that represent a gang, they will come after you. That includes under glow, head lights, outfits, everything. A gang’s goal is to control who is trying to represent them even if it isn’t on purpose.
This is something you should take out in character, in my opinion. Simply having conversations to having beef with someone.
Just because someone is creating conflict RP, doesn’t make it a bad thing.
