Make more chairs sittable for decorating

Suggestion: Make more of the chairs in the furniture catalog capable of being 3rd eyed to sit in them.

Reason: As of right now, there are only 2 placeable chairs that you can third eye to sit in, which gives us really limited options when decorating. I really think that making all, or at least some more, of the chairs sittable, would benefit rp & help with immersion.
