Make getting rep on BM allow to purchase more items

So currently when you get high black market rep it doesn't really do all too much besides lower your fee to sell items and allow selling more than two at one time. At least that is all I can tell you get from high rep. My suggestion is to allow the local market to sell different criminal items the higher rep you have. For example maybe at rep 75 you can purchase items to do a Paleto Bank. It would only show up every once in awhile on the market so its not an everyday thing. I would just like to see BM rep have some meaning to it and make it worth to be high rep.
