Make DNA Swabs last longer

It's kinda annoying that swabs last like 24 hours & officers have to constantly go back to grab more, when our Copium & other equipment last for a week.

Either if,

1 - Cotton Swabs can have increased durability for about a week

2 - Theres a DNA Swab Vendor in the Cells
