Make a few muscle cars viable in races

It would be great if we could get some tweaks on a few of the muscle cars to compete with the other cars that are raced.

As it stands there doesn't seem to be any muscle cars that are viable with the higher level cars that get raced. More variety in the race scene would be fantastic. The only current "muscle" car that is viable is the D10.
