Major high ping when opening Instagram,Twitter, and Ywllow Pages

When opening apps such as YP or Twitter I tent to start getting really high ping and takes about 5-9 minutes for ping to go back to normal. I had asked people if they were having the same issue and they had agreed and had the same issue so I know its not just me. Its really annoying though having to deal with that issue 24/7 for the past 5 days so I'm hoping that this can be fixed as well !
