LSRS Bot In D8 Discord Not Alerting When Finance Is Overdue

Description: Ever since the rollback Dynasty 8 has had to manually verify if people have paid off their finance agreements by sending texts to see proof it's been paid off in clients LSRS app. The issue with that comes when people are unresponsive and we do not know if they paid off their finance or not. We use to have alerts generated for us from the EchoRP bot when a payment was overdue but the have stopped. I believe the bot got overwhelmed with the overdue finance payments possibly.

Reproduction:
1. Purchase a property through the finance option.
2. Do not pay off the finance by the due date.

Expected Behavior: When a person has an overdue finance payment the EchoRP bot in the D8 discord should alert us so that we can start the repossession process.

Actual Behavior: The EchoRP bot does show an alert for overdue finances anymore.
