Lower the timer on petty crimes.

Suggestion: Lower the timer on petty crimes like stores.

Reason: In a city of 350 people and probably 30 stores, only 1 person can hit a store every 45 minutes. Even atms, itd be nice if more than 1 person can do it. One person can hit an atm and then have the timing and do it for hours and hours... and yes this has happened. I dont think crimes should be limited to basically 1 person every hour in a city of 350 people. New crime would be nice too, its just repetitive atp.
