Lower Rain, Wind & Thunder SFX

Suggestion Description

Lower the volume of the rain, wind & thunder SFX that start playing from the 30 minutes before restarts. Especially with how loud it gets during like the last 15 minutes.

Reason
It's so difficult to hear people over it. I already have my FiveM/game SFX volume on the lowest it can be and turning the setting on that lowers SFX when someone speaks is just quite annoying.
