Lower Rain, Wind & Thunder SFX
Suggestion Description
Lower the volume of the rain, wind & thunder SFX that start playing from the 30 minutes before restarts. Especially with how loud it gets during like the last 15 minutes.
Reason
It's so difficult to hear people over it. I already have my FiveM/game SFX volume on the lowest it can be and turning the setting on that lowers SFX when someone speaks is just quite annoying.

I'd say make this optional.
Similar to how the /oldsirens toggles the new and old ones.
Add a command like /oldstorms
I myself like the loud storms.

There is a difference between loud and absolutely ear piercing and deafeningly. Even on SFX 1, I literally cannot hear a single thing that anyone says because the thunder is just booming. I can hear the noise coming from my headphones in my kitchen about 20 metres away.

A lot of people struggle with the loudness of the rain, myself included, but have only been told to deal with it. It's so loud that I actually either have to mute SFX or I just log as it's starting. Even being inside a building, except a house/warehouse is still so loud.
