Loss of fuel on garage or tracking your car when its poofed out of existence

When you put away your car or it goes poof after being far away from it with a full tank just after refueling i find that it empty's the tank and i have to refill it paying more money.

Step 1: fuel up car
step 2: Have car disappear or put it in a garage.
step 3 Track car or pull it out
Result: All the gas is gone.

Expected result: I should still have that full tank
