Los Santos Car meet garage

Add the Los Santos car meet underground garage to Echo

I remember seeing a while back seeing a post asking for it, Its a really neat area and would be a great addition to the map. Its located on the east side in a unused area of the map (Industrial zone) I thought I saw someone say it was already in however after playing on echo for 2+Years ive never seen it used or opened.
