Lockpicking Bug

Description: When you lock pick a car no animation happens, you are also not locked in position so can roam around.

Steps to recreate:
1. Approach locked car
2. Use lock pick

Expected outcome:
Your character is locked in position at the car door and a lock picking animation begins while you perform the skill check.

Actual outcome:
Your character is NOT locked in position at the car door and NO lock picking animation begins. You can wander around while you perform the skill check.
