Local DOC allowing things out of Evidence.

Suggestion Description: When the DOC is overrun by Prisoners and not allowed to leave the yard, Allow a System of where the DOC can allow the “Local DOC” to give certain items back into their pocket or put into the stash

Reason: it’s very annoying to go all the way down to VPD and have nobody there to give your stuff back and then buying a whole ass new radio and phone because it takes 2-4 Business days to get your phone and radio back.
