Live Streaming App on phones

In another city there is a streaming app on the phones where you can record what you’re doing in real time (like twitch). People that follow you on the phone app can get notifications for when you go live and type to you in a live chat and send donations straight to your bank account. It is really funny seeing what other people are getting up to and people incriminating themselves. Cops can use this as evidence against crimes.

I can think of a lot of characters that would use this and make it hilarious. Myself being one of them.
