Link Up Bug?

Description: I could be wrong but i think currently their is an issue with queueing bank trucks? Seems to only have this problem during the 2nd restart, unsure if this applies to other jobs.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Get members
2. Queue
3. It will be green for hours on hours and will end up never popping

Expected Behavior: Expected to get the job roughly 3-5 mins after queuing up while its marked as green

Actual Behavior: Ends up never popping with my experience unless it is third reset
