LIFER QLTY of LIFE

giving a why lifers can sell fertlizer and flowers other then having to rely on DOC to buy them.

My reason for this is a way for us get money and people that plan on getting out on parole earn a lil money to put towards the large fines that have aquired. Not saying that the amount needs to be huge i was more thinking like a 10$ per item thing. I do think it should be limited to only lifers.
