Lidar Not working

Lidar (Handheld radar) not working. Display does not show. Thus the gun does not function.

Step to reproduce:
1. Get a Lidar gun

2 Hold Lidar Gun

3 Type /lidar or press I as prompted.

4 Nothing happens.

Expected result:
Lidar interface pops up.

Nothing of note in the F8.


Highway patrol is a fun laugh time where things aren't high stress, and both sides get to have a little low risk interaction. I would love to have it back :)
