License plate says - ALAN 0

license plate randomly changed to say "ALAN 0"

no one but a mechanic was in the car/ drove it and i reparked it multiple times and also tsunami didn't fix it. I am down to have a custom license plate and everything for free.... but i dont have a clue who alan is xD
