Leo Suggestion: Fingerprinting

Right now Fingerprinting is just becoming a thing, it would be very neat to have handheld devices for officers - this could allow for fingerprinting on scene for positive identification.

Right now positive ID can be a little tricky sometimes - fingerprinting would allow for better positive ID’s.

Reason: right now the ID station is not handy for officers, and you have to go clear upstairs to get the ID. It would be nice if it was something more streamlined and up-to-date with current tech.
