Legal Way To Sell Certain Items

Allow a legal way to sell items like Gold Chains and Gold Teeth etc. This could be as simple as bringing it to the NPC at the Vangelico at the Kortz Center. You can make it only non-felons can use this way to sell these types of items so criminals dont use it as a way to circumvent the illegal way of offloading these items. You could even make it sell for slightly less as well I guess.

As of right now when Metal Detecting or Gold Panning as far as I can tell there is no legal way to sell these types of items (Other than The pawn shops I guess but those are player run and have been shut down in the past) and tbh it isnt fair to us legal folk since we didnt do anything illegal to obtain the items in question. All we did was do fun activities like metal detecting
