Lag/Stuttering in Trailer

This is a bug report.

I have no issues in the city or in any other home/warehouse i have access too.

When i am in my trailer, i get really bad lag moments, they happen around every 20 seconds, as you can see my FPS etc looks fine, it just stutters and lags, which is really annoying and makes me not want to be in my property.
