Lag when putting out vehicles from garage causes dupe

Reproduction steps:

1. Have a bad FPS lag - fps stutters, map (escape) won't load, etc...

2. Take out a vehicle from the garage, because of the lag it won't immediately spawn - repeat this step

3. After a while, you'll get multiple "You took a vehicle out" messages and multiple cars will spawn - if you also stored with keys, the keys dupe

I am guessing content in the trunk can possibly be duped as well (mine was empty so I can't provide more information about that)
