Kiosk for when LA/Bike dealers are not around

A kiosk or something that a citizen can go up to test drive or purchase a car when LA dealers aren't around and same for Bikes R Us

There's been plenty of times throughout all shifts I or someone else has wanted to test drive a car or to buy a car, but yet nobody is around to be able to assist. I think it would be a nice QOL update to add a kiosk that's accessible only when LA dealers or Bikes dealers aren't clocked in OR have it active at all times so that way if the dealers are busy, you can go and pick out the car you want to test drive, but cannot purchase it (if dealers are on and clocked in). It will save time for the dealers when they have a lobby full of people and only 1 person on the clock, and the citizens won't feel like they're waiting weeks to just test drive or buy. I think all around, it would be a nice way to alleviate stress or pressure and still allow the dealerships to flow smoothly

I think the majority of us understand the pain of coding, so understandable if this cant happen, but it would be a nice quality of life update. Talking to other citizens around the city, they feel the same way as well. Haven't asked dealers yet (due to misaligned schedules) and it would also give the 3rd shift people a chance to buy cars in their respective shift. I see most dealers are around during 2nd shift, and then you're lucky if you can find one for 3rd shift, especially later on into 3rd shift
