Karin Everon Vehicle Damage Issue

Description: I'm having an issue with a vehicle I bought used from someone. License plate number 2GN84763 in House Garage 1336. I've been driving it around a lot today and throughout the day I've had multiple issues with wheels blowing up from minor impacts, or no impacts. I've had body damage occur from nothing. A few minutes ago, all I did was park the car in a driveway without colliding with anything and the front left tire suddenly popped and the engine went from white to 0% (red) instantly. I've had some very minor accidents in it today as well where an impact caused some wheels to pop and everything. I've had it towed twice, and brought to a mechanic 3 times. One of the times at Auto Exotic they replaced the transmission and engine and fixed everything up and it seemed to be decent for a while but is degrading extremely fast. There's something very strange going on with it. I've been told by a couple people now to contact the "government" about it for some assistance with it.

Reproduction steps:
Step 1 - Drive around the city in the vehicle.

Step 2 - Car will suddenly get a part that breaks.

Step 3 - Bring to mechanic / get car towed and get it fixed.

Step 4 - Drive around again until it break, it's pretty fast.

Expected behaviour: The vehicle shouldn't be breaking this quickly. It seems to be degrading at an expedited rate.

Actual Behaviour: The vehicle damage will suddenly spike; as noted in the description. I was driving around the city, didn't collide with any vehicle or objects; went to park the car in the driveway and suddenly the front left wheel exploded and the hood started to smoke. Looking at the vehicle the engine was suddenly at 0%. I had been with another player who noted that the wheel had exploded and the engine suddenly started to smoke when we were in a different part of the city; but from my screen, everything looked normal; and drove normal. Until we parked and got out.
