K9's turning to the right freezing
I have noticed that when walking fast on the k9's you will randomly freeze for a second of two. Usually its smooth and you are unable to run.
this seems to occur when you turn right at a certain angle.
I have clipped this part for now but if you need more feel free to contact me.

Further update! this is not just inside its even outside, whenever you do the faster walk and turn at a certain angle you freeze you can hold the freeze for as long as you like too until you move your angle.

I have worked it out to be able to replicate it.
so its only turning right and at a certain degree. keep it at that degree and you stay stuck.
