K9 Kennel Food/water

As a K9 sometimes you can be waiting in the kennels for a few hours to get picked up and people are not always around to give you food/water or even have stuff we can eat/drink.

A suggestion would be for Dogs to be able to third eye the food/water bowls in the kennels and get a SMALL amount of hydration and Food so they are not starving in the kennels.

    100% second this and was about to make the same suggestion as im about to go down from dehydration and no may have to request an internal affairs investigation on the kennel master for animal neglect XD
