K9 Kennel Food/water

As a K9 sometimes you can be waiting in the kennels for a few hours to get picked up and people are not always around to give you food/water or even have stuff we can eat/drink.

A suggestion would be for Dogs to be able to third eye the food/water bowls in the kennels and get a SMALL amount of hydration and Food so they are not starving in the kennels.
