Jail sentence when waking up?

Description: I woke up on Lyra after not being on her. On sunday I finished outside of MRPD, with other people around me and f8 quit out of the game. I woke up today and I had been jailed for 20 months?

Reproduction steps: (not 100% sure!)
1. Be on the character
2. F8 quit out of the game
3. Relog over 24hrs later?
4. Is jailed?

Expected behaviour: Not to have a jail sentence

Actual behaviour: Had a jail sentence
