Items disappearing out of the back of the GoPostal Boxloader

Twice now ive had items straight up disappear from the back of the gopostal boxloader, not sure what causes it or why it happens in the first place but both times ive lost 2 duffel bags worth of items as well as the bags themselves. nothing in my f8 menu either, so im confused as to what to do.
