Items Appearing on Back Out of Nowhere

Honestly not sure what caused this or the steps to reproduce it, but I remember reporting it awhile ago as well but sometimes items appear randomly on your back such as skateboards, katanas, bats, etc. I had gotten in my car, was in it for around 40 minutes and got out to repair after crashing into a local and had these items on my back. Had to relog to get rid of them
