Issue with the Hospital EMS Clocked-In Sign

For some reason, some people see the clocked-in sign differently. I’m not sure if this is because I have NVE/QuantV but it did show again the opposite just a few moments ago when I went to the hospital — meaning there was EMS when it was Red.
