Invisible Walls Near Prison

Driving South on the Senora Freeway while doing a truck delivery and my truck stopped like it hit an invisible wall in the middle of the road and traffic was frozen. I could still exit the truck and walk around but could not drive in forward or reverse. After a few minutes it let me resume driving and then it happened again about a 1/2 mile down the road.
