Inventory showing full when empty

All I have is .50 pounds but its showing I have 120.50 pounds but empty pockets besides one advanced radio.

Started on the 21.06.2024 at around 3AM UK time

I'd hoped storms would fix it but I'm still having the same issue the next day and unable to carry much because of it.

Tried cutting converters and it showed that I cut them but they didn't go into my inventory, neither did they drop on the ground or say that my pockets were too full to hold them. They just deleted themselves. Kind of the same thing happened when robbing houses, only got 3 items when normally there would be much more for multiple houses.

Unsure how to fix it, any help would be much appreciated!
