Internal Part Input Issue

Description:
Sometimes when you use an internal part while looking in the wrong area, not being close enough, etc. you are unable to use the part. Usually if you gave it about 15-20 seconds, you'd be able to put the part in, now you're unable to do any part of internals after running into this issue. The only fix I've seen for this is restarting your game completely. This has been reproduced by several mechanics throughout all shops.

I saw this same issue with spy camera placement.

Reproduction:
1. Put an internal part into a car, slightly looking the wrong way or doing it too quickly (?).

2. Try to put in the same part or go to another area and try another part.

3. Unable to put in any parts.

Expected Behavior: Be able to input an internal part, even if I look the wrong way at one point.

Actual Behavior: Become unable to put in any internal parts and have to fully restart to continue internals.
