Instant Hotwire

If you get in a local car and get out at the right time the car will start. No temporary key has been given and no hotwire skill check was completed. This bug is easy to replicate with some practice and by getting out of the vehicle when the character turns over the engine after entering the driver's side door. The vehicle normally wouldn't start but getting out by pressing F seems to make it stay on if you do it at the right time. Then, if you turn off the engine it will act as if it was hotwired to begin with.

1. Gain entry to the vehicle like normal

2. when the character gets into the seat listen for the ignition sound

3. once you hear the sound press F to get out of the vehicle.

4. If done at the right time the vehicle will start as the character exits.

5. Get back into the vehicle and the car should work until you shut it off as if it had been hotwired

I am unsure if this is a known issue with FiveM or GTAV as I cannot find anything on the topic specifically.
