Infinite Falling Through the Void

Description: If you drive along Dutch London from Maze Bank Arena to the bridge leading to Elysian Island at Rancho, you get texture loss so bad that you fall through the world and do not stop, even after getting out of your vehicle. Only a re-log fixes it, and even after that, as soon as you get into a vehicle after logging back in, it happens again. You have to spawn out of the area in order to continue. I have no issues if I do not travel that stretch of road.

I have reinstalled GTA and FiveM completely, I have eliminated the possibility that this issue is on my end.

This is what happens. I have been unable to capture a video of the endless falling.
