Increase the time to pick up boosting device

I think that there should be more time to pick up the device after getting the spot on the gps should be increased.

Reason is because I had to go from the city all the up the mountain in 5 minutes to get to the drop off but didn't even get close.

In my opinion, either change some drop off spots or maybe increase the time
