In-Character Soundcloud App

For a server that goes hard on Music RP, it would be cool if there was someway to listen to music in-character. I'm not sure how this could work but it would be cool to have an actual way to put in-character headphones and listen to in-city music while not being in a car.

Just a thought: It could possibly be a Music app on the phone where you can buy music from the artists/record label. You could even make it a streaming thing where the artist gets money per listen but the artist/label has to pay to put its music on the app.

I don't know. What does everyone think? :)
