Impound App / Impund Requests for PD

Impound App for PD/DOC/EMS requested impounds:

Basically how this would work, police would third a vehicle and they would have an option to "request impound" and it would send a ping to all the mechanics / active tow people (basically anyone who sat in a tow truck up to that point) and they would have the option to accept it, on a first come first serve basis, and the phone number of the person that accepted it would he shown to the police officer that requested the tow (in case of any complications or something like that)

Basically something similar to what we had while ago with the state impound but this would just request them and wouldn't be linked to state impounds.

And why would people accept these? The should pay more than the actual impound. Triple or more. And if it gets abused, well those people should be punished, esp cuz only police / doc / ems would be able to request these.

And why EMS? It would be because people park like a-holes at PB and leave cars.
