Illegal hunting/fishing trackers

I think having a way for PD to be able to track the general area that illegal fishing/hunting is taking place would be a good addition to the servers features.

I want to RP LEO forestry stuff so bad but its almost impossible to find people with how large and vast San Andreas is. We used to get reports of shots fired from locals in the hills and mountains but I think it was removed because it was deemed unrealistic for locals to call hunters in? I think this is fair, maybe the call could be coming from a different source that makes more sense? A concerned local hiker? Or a local game warden idk...?

Oh and one clarifying note regarding the "general area" bit. I think part of the LEO forestry fun is the search aspect so I still think that's healthy. Maybe the general area could be fairly large? Just to give the player a general area to search?
