Illegal Fishing Bugged

Fishing Bug: Currently you throw your pole out anywhere in the ocean and it bugs out, you cannot cancel the fishing, and you do not get the fishing mini-game. You just sit there, and it throws an error in the F8 Menu.

Fished for one hour with no minigame and not catching,
reproduced - attempted to put fish bait on and fish.
