Ideas (Pick what you like)

Add possibility for scam / tax evasion / … that are now punishable by a ban for exploit, transform it into a possibility and IC charges and create an investigation team in the PD.

Add some semi-scripted action for criminals, racers and/or gang (Played by a mod, as neutral as possible, bring something different, bring some purely RP interactions). (For example, I was on a french server before, and there was a fake cartel, composed of mods from the staff, just going around to different gangs to create semi-scripted RP. In the end, one of the gang ended getting “RP victimized” by that mod cartel and it lead to the funniest interactions, seeing them trying to rebel, and the cartel pulling up in the turf with a tank, it had no consequence on the gang itself, just purely funny and different RP interactions)

Adding a local attack on gang blocks randomly periodically, so that if they don’t defend, they have a penalty that gives cops or other gangs info. Could be considered a “neutral local gang” and every weeks, gang leaders can kinda vote for the gang they want those NPC to attack
(F.E : Local message giving location of the leader once an hour, local giving the car and colors of someone in the gang, …).

Drug war : Each gang have a trap house, the trap house can contain some amount of drugs, and crim have to fight for a certain product that is only available periodically, at some certain locations (Gang V gang) and that product can make your drug more pure.

Don’t agree with the person having too many VIN cars, cause some people are not in gangs, but you could have VINs for your gang, and the more VIN you have, the more chance a player to player VIN can happen.

Sell VIN to people for SVC.

Find a solution for S class boost not having a response. They are supposed to be a high tier risk job, but instead it became a farm for a lot of people, sometime I have to go A or maybe B to try to have a response, and I barely ever get any. 

Finally have a non keyboard layout bound hack for boost (I’m on AZERTY)

Have the possibility of having the history of your previous hacker when you invite a hacker to your boost. You just click on "Invite a hacker" and have on the top the "Enter CID" box, and under it, a scrollable list of who you worked with previously. 

A second idea would be an "Open boost" where people want to try to meet new hackers / drivers instead of sticking with the same guys over and over. It would be like a matchmaking system where you start your boost, and click on "Open the boost" and it would broadcast in the app what tier you can have (C,C-B, C-A, C-S) and what you are looking for (Driver / hacker) with a "trust" rating that would let the teammate leave a x-star review at the end of the boost or having % success rate.

Be able to invite a friend after you start a house and he can actually help you for that one. Because if you invite him and then you get a Southside, it’s useless and you’re both on CD
Then you don’t invite him, and you get a T3 and now you cannot make him joint to help u

For the hacks : The reflex hack (screen red, you have to click when it goes to green, and you need to be under X ms to go to the next one), the minigame hack, audio hack

For jobs, having a way to set up some stuff for when there is no cops : No cops means no crime, so it can be annoying for degen, so if people play in those hours, they should be able to set up for when they’ll actually make the job when cops are here in Europe on main hours

For drug sale, have an opportunity to sell a bunch at once to a local for “high risk, high reward” (kind of like that heist on GTA O, where Trevor goes to sell to a guy, but he’s a fed and Trevor has to run) where you have a chance to sell all at once or run from cops with everything on you to try again or give up and sell on the street.

If you get addicted to drugs, you get random “event calls” from the server, like “Because of your addiction, you go to Mirror park and start doing jumping jacks in your underpants screaming “I’m Superman””. People doing it or not is RP fun or not
