House Robbery Safe's Showing nothing sometimes and locking you into the house

When trying to initiate cracking a safe sometimes nothing will appear and lock you out of using this menu until taking a hard nap waking up in another location. You cannot leave the house or loot anything else. If you try to take a hard nap and wake up in the house again you are still locked in. You have to wake up in another location.
