House robbery rework

The state of the houser robbery atm is :

Southisde : Cool that's a bit of money, but it's pretty easy as long as it's not in turf territory ✔️

Mirror Park / Tier 2 : Okay, I know the hack, I might fuck up but mostly I know how to handle it, and it's good money ✔️

Tier 3 : Well, I'll just cancel it, 4 time a hard hack to have to redo it every 2 min, it's not worth it, I prefer to cancel it and get my rep down to get other houses. ❌

First solution :

when hitting max rep in house robberies, being able to pick the house tier you want would feel better.

In the current state, people that want to do houses do them solo. If they want to get Tier 3 houses, they might ask a friend to come with them so he can stay in front of the hacking thing, but once you start the job, you realise it's a southside and it's not even worth doing it together, so you go alone and your friend has a cooldown anyway.

A second solution :

For the Tier 3 hack - or you do the hack 2 times, and have a 4 min disabled, because it's a hard one, or you do it 6 times and have a permanent disabled. So the hack would still be complicated, but you could do it on your own if you really want
