House Robbery Issue

I'm having a large issue with house robberies atm. I have been robbing houses repeatedly everyday when I'm in city and don't progress at all with larger scale houses. I continuously get southside/smaller homes and nothing else, meanwhile people who are with me get everything in between and some rarely get southside. I have yet to see a single larger house for myself. I do take everything inside the homes and exchange for cash where the "guy" is as well. Not sure if this is an ongoing issue or a bug. This has been happening since the reset. I have also tried in groups with me as group leader and still only get small homes.

Steps: Unsure how to repeat other than just queue after queue.

Expected: Progression from smaller southside homes to larger houses (mirror park-Vinewood-Chumash etc.)

Happens: Remain southside home robberies repeatedly with no other houses but small.
