House robberies

Adjust the hacking for the tier 3 hack.

I will say that robbing houses is probably one of my favorite things to do in this city, the interactions with the cops and the RP that comes out of this is always amazing when I am able to do this.

I will say that the two frist hacking tiers work great to me but the third one... I cancel a robbery now if i have that hack because no matter how many times I cannot do it and I havent ever been able to do a tier 3 robbery because I cant get by the hacks of the memory dots and everyone that I talk to about it says the same thing.

I would love to see an update on this, I get not making it easy. I do think an update to the fingerprint hack system would be still challenging enough so that its not easy but its able to be done at least so people would actually do those more. I am kinda sad that i havent been able to even walk around that tier of house to rob since immediately the cops come when the alarms go off. And though I do like the RP with cops and house robberies it gets old to go through this no matter what when I get that hack.
