House payments not working

When attempting to make a payment on a house through the LSRS app no matter how much is in the main bank account it always says. “You lack the funds to make this payment.” Even if the payment being made is lower than what is in the bank.

I’ve tried moving the money around just to see if I could force the payment still nothing. I’ve tried to take naps to see if that will help and nothing. I’ve waited for restarts nothing helps.
