Hotwire exiting the car problem
When leaving a car that you hotwired there is a 50% chance it will shut off and loose keys and if it stays on there is still a chance that car will lock on you and you wont be able to get back in without lockpicking it and hotwiring it again.

I believe that, even before expansions and updates, hotwiring always included the risk that the car will shut off. Searching for keys or lockpicking the ignition to create keys was and is the more-effort route to ensure the car only shuts off when you wantit to. It wasn't a huge deal when local cars were left unlocked, but I do appreciate the frustration now of having to lockpick again and hotwire again. Unfortunately, don't think it's a bug, though.
