Holster not working for some weapons

Description:

The Pistol X3 (and potentially other pistols, SP45 may also have this issue?) does not properly trigger holster animations/state changes.

Reproduction:

Wear women's Scarfs/Necklaces 192, 193, 197, 208, 209, or 210

Draw a Pistol X3

Holster it.

Expected Behavior:

Drawing: The reaching emote is triggered, and upon drawing the gun, the holster changes to its unloaded state.

Holstering: The reaching emote is triggered again, and the holster goes back to its loaded state.

Actual Behavior:
The emote for drawing a weapon from one’s waistband (unsure of name) is triggered, and the holster keeps its state.
